Kumbaya Night

Can I just say that I really do have the best ward in the whole world. (no side comments from those people that hear me vent about it at times though...you know who you are!) We really are just a giant family. I think the reason we are so close is because we are all not from the area so we just bond together and become family. 

We have started this tradition called "Music at the Loft" which then I renamed Kumbaya night (yet no one knows that except a select few.) There are a few boys in our ward who love to play music and sing. So we just kind of have a little jam session. It is a lot of fun actually - even though it kind of sounds cheesy. This past one I kind of put together. And it turned out awesome! We had it in my friend Ben's backyard. It was the perfect weather, there were lights hanging around, and just good company. I think it's a great tradition and I hope it keeps happening.
