This weekend was a very relaxed one. (at least compared to the last few weekends!) Saturday morning Nate, Sarah, and I went into Brooklyn to go to smorgasburg. It's a flea food market and it has the best food! So many vendors come from all over the city to share their delicious food.
Since there were 3 of us we each picked 1 main food and then all shared it. and then we all picked a dessert and shared those as well!
Philapino Taquitos -- SO GOOD. Covered in a sweet chili sauce that was to die for!
Korean Tacos -- I don't like weird things in my food so I didn't try these but Nate and Sarah loved them!
Chicken & Rice in Bamboo -- I am pretty sure we only tried this cause we wanted to eat out of a bamboo! But it was so good, which we assumed it would be!
Nutella Ice Cream Sandwich -- So rich. But so good. I mean you can't go wrong with Nutella & Ice cream!
Ooey Gooey Butter Cake -- yep. just like it sounds. full of carbs and butter.
Toasted Coconut donut -- My personal fave. Best donut I have ever had!
We couldn't stay long in the city because we were singing at Stake Conference that night - so it was a quick trip! Stake Conference this past weekend was just what I needed. So many great talks were given and the perfect things were said! It was also so nice to get out of church so early on Sunday! We all just went to Nate's and relaxed. And made an impromptu music video. Good times were had!
Until the next adventure...
